The article does not seem to be overly biased, since the article describes the use of 3D printing as a possibility, but not as an absolute option. The article describes many of the possible uses for 3D printing when it comes to the creation and application of artificially created organs. Not only do they discuss its uses, but they also raise questions about how the technology would be controlled, and so that is why the article is not heavily biased.
